Whilst the primary aim of the programme is the development of physical skills we also recognise the importance of mental strength and resilience in the competitive sport arena.  We therefore provide the mental preparation required and skills required, in short, relevant and integrated sessions that are age appropriate.  These life skills also have application in contexts other than sport and these are highlighted also.

Sessions covered during the 2020-2021 include: Mental strength, stress management, bullying, nutrition, Black Lives Matter, resilience, champion mindset- and much more! See the below video for more information:
